The processing of your personal data is based on: your explicit consent when registering on the platform, the execution of the contractual relationship between you and Captrixal, compliance with legal obligations (CNV, UIF, AFIP regulations), and our legitimate interest in improving the security and quality of our services.

We retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Once the relationship has ended, data will be retained for the periods established by applicable Argentine legislation (Law No. 25,326 and CNV and UIF regulations), which may extend up to ten (10) years after the last recorded transaction.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your data with: regulatory entities (CNV, UIF, AFIP) when required by law, technology service providers that assist us in operating the platform under confidentiality agreements, and financial entities involved in investment operations. This includes data encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and periodic security audits. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
