Captrixal operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that allows users to participate in the collective financing of construction and urban development projects in Argentina. The platform facilitates the connection between investors and real estate developers, providing information about available projects, participation conditions, and tracking of construction progress. Captrixal does not guarantee returns or investment results.
3. Registration and user account
To access certain platform services, it is necessary to create a user account by providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User obligations
By using the platform, you agree to: provide truthful and up-to-date information, not use the platform for illicit or unauthorized purposes, not attempt to access restricted areas of the system, comply with all applicable regulations regarding investments and capital markets, and not carry out activities that may damage, overload, or impair the functioning of the platform.
5. Investment risks
Investments in real estate projects through crowdlending carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: the possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital, delays in project execution, variations in estimated returns, and changes in Argentine real estate market conditions. Captrixal does not guarantee the profitability of any investment. Each user must independently evaluate risks and, if necessary, consult with a professional financial advisor before making investment decisions.
6. Intellectual property
All website content, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software and their compilation, are the property of Captrixal S.A. or its licensors and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of any content without Captrixal's prior written consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Captrixal shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Argentine law, Captrixal excludes all liability arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorized access by third parties.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Captrixal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after the publication of the modified Terms implies acceptance thereof. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.
